Can we stop with the staff stuff?

This is really getting on my nerves now. People who make those posts where they say, "Oh here is what staff should be promoted and who should be demoted" it's so ridiculous I'm getting annoyed. ​

#1. It can lower other staffs self esteem, and make them more quiet on the server and more paranoid if they are doing their job correctly.

#2. Too controversial, could end up in fights, mutes, etc.

#3. You don't know a damn thing about what they do. You don't have perms to staffchat. You don't have perms to /vanish. Do you? Huh, maybe we shouldn't criticize staff if you think that they "aren't doing their job"

#4. Saying you dislike a staff because they "denied your ban appeal" Not naming names here cough cough bbh_is_amazing HEAVE. But them saying, "because I can" matters? Of course they can they're staff, and were chosen to BE staff, so they obviously did it for a REASON, and because you did something wrong and haven't appealed in the correct manner.

#5. If staff were not doing their job, then why would they not be demoted by now? They HAVE to give a note on when they will be inactive to the staff so that they are not false demoted. You don't know what's going on in their normal life, so just stop.

#6. Lastly, stop accusing staff for stupid things. Just because they said something that seems rude doesn't mean that they are ACTUALLY being rude. I think some people don't have a sense of sarcasm and real anymore.

That's all I'd like to say! Just please stop talking about staff in a negative way, it really brings them down at times.​

While I agree with some of what you say. Did it have to be in rainbow color and font size 20 lol.

People should always be allowed to complain but they should complain within reason and to the right people. Mods get called out for the wrong reasons mostly and that does suck.

I changed the size and color, because I don't mind gays and others, they can be the sexuality choice they want. Also changed the size because people were getting annoyed that it was huge
