Can you appeal for people

So a very good friend of mine called "NorthernSpartan" now is "INxrth" (super rank) was blacklisted early last season in august for advertising. I was wondering if we were allowed to appeal for others cause he said he doesn't know how to appeal :/

Nope, he's gotta appeal himself. The process is pretty easy as all he has to do is fill out some questions. Tell him to join the hub and do /register, then look for blacklist appeals and appeal
