Apex resigned earlier this year. He was a very loved admin on the server for a while, he is still active in the community, but is no longer staff.

Because he was an admin...that retired. He still helps people out on the forums, and he said in his resignation letter “you don’t need to be a staff member to help the community”. He primarily has this tag to bring credibility to what he says when helping people.
