Cant connect to survival

Sometimes when i try to connect to survival it works for a second, but then when it's loading terrain, it reconfigures and sends me back to the hub. I'm not banned because this happened to me before and it eventually fixed itself.
The error message says "Your connection to Survival encountered a problem."
Please tell me if i'm the only one this happens too cause i've seen it happen to others but with no apparent fix

Maybe try restarting your game/computer and see if it works. Otherwise you can make a bug report here. Maybe you could also be blacklisted, but I am not sure because I don't know what a blacklist looks like.
