Cant i upgrade to invaded?

hi guys! I won immortal in a june crate but some1 said that i cant upgrade to invaded cuz i won the rank. Is that true?

yes i think its true, i won Hero on my alt and cant upgrade to Legend Rank. The Store doesnt know you got the Rank and Staff says there is no fix for that problem

you can open a purchase support ticket and it will be fixed, make sure you have your /tebexprotection turned off so they can fix it
