Can't Make Player Warp (Closed)

Tried to place a player warp using the tutorial and says that I do not have the permissions. I currently have the invaded rank, and I attached a screenshot of the message here. If I need a staff member to help set up these warps, I would definitely appreciate it. I made a Mega build and really wanna show it off
