Yo so recently I came back to the forums after like 8 months, I left because I was Blacklisted because of Chargeback, and Zelkam replied to my appeal saying they don't unblacklist those banned for Chargeback, I know a LOT has changed, is the rule different now?

false chargeback has always been unbannable, and real chargeback will never be unbannable. if someone else chargebacked you, just make an appeal stating that. if you chargebacked yourself, i don't think you'll get unblacklisted, but you can always try and offer to pay back what you chargebacked.
