Claim kick and ban

I just came up with this idea a few moments ago and i thought it would be useful so you can /claimkick people so you can kick them out of your claim. And another one could be /claimban so you blacklist them from your claim and they cant go atleast 10 blocks in the claim unless you do /unclaimban. Please implement this idea as it would stop griefing a lot.

This would stop griefing a lot and that is good, but they could still grief outside the claim. So maybe have it 100 blocks outside your claim would be blocked for the /Claimban. And i think /Claimkick should temp ban people for about 10 minutes.

This is not an original idea and there have been multiple threads discussing it. The council has also approved this so there is no need for any further threads regarding this implement.
