The plugin cant tell the difference.

It checks to see if someone is in combat when they log out, and if they are, it kills them.

If you time out or disconnect while in combat does that still count as combat logging.

If your internet crashes sometimes you just dissapear on the server
and sometimes your player is still there standing still (Might be mid air)
If your player is still there you can get killed but if you dissapear like a a bubble when it breaks then you wont die.

Yes. If you are in combat, or very recently in combat, and you log out its combat logging. You can wait until the cooldown runs out then log out.
