I bet that you have tried this but have you restarted your router or reinstalled minecraft?ever since a few weeks ago i have been crashing every minute or so with the same errors such as: "Bad compressed data format" "incorrect header check" Incorrect data check". does any1 know why this is happening and how i can fix it? makes the server unplayable

I would try that if you haven't but other then that I have never seen that before.
