Based on past personal interactions with them, we can use methods like rationalization, and inferring based on the past personal interactions with that player, so for example, if I meet a player that was smart in math and using said methods, we can rationalize and infer, think to ourselves “Is he the smartest in [That subject] from the whole invaded lands community” and thus narrow it down to a select few people, then make a poll narrowing it down to one person. Good question
