I kinda agree with your points, but remember that we don't know exactly what's going on behind the scenes and someone could easily twist events or someone else's words to their advantage.

it says in the screen shot they got demoted. XD. they said they resigned. and also, this is perfect a agree 100%. ( but hey im just saying, i mean dont do it but you could add to the drama by exposing the demotions. please don’t expose the staff, out of respect unlessz they are ok with that, this is not a threat or attempt at harassment or bribing etc, but it wont ever concern you. > )
