The third is easiest to read, the first is hardest. The first looks the coolest, the third looks the least cool. The second is quite balanced. I'd go with the second

The first one has too much going on in my opinion, the color scheme om the 2nd one contrasts well with the background, so the second one would probably be the best bet

While I love green it's probably not the best color
