I was false banned on invaded and made a ban appeal. I waited like a day then I see the appeal status change to escalated. Its stayed like that for three weeks and still is. Do the staff disregard ban appeals and not do anything about it? It kinda sucks it was a false ban and still no reply for 3 weeks? Like are they actually going into it or just ignore it?

They will respond, just have patience. Escalated means that higher staff have to review it, and they have other things to do too.
 
All the staff that deal with anti-cheat bans are kinda not doing them right now (mega, Zelk, and Kobuto). There is a long list of escalated ban appeals, since only a few staff can deal with them, and since all 3 of these staff members have things going on, almost no anti-cheat false bans have been handled the past few weeks.

no they don't read appeals. they hired me to read them. but actually tho, they should get to it very very soon.
 
They do read them, and hopefully, they read yours soon. good luck getting unbanned buddy

escalated means teh lower mods are too lazy to deal with it so they send it to the higher up staff lol (this is a joke)
