I am a staff member of Badlion Client. To do something with creation? No, the Administrators and Developers are the ones to do so, I'm just working with Badlion on fixing issues and finding bugs.

I’m guessing a very very low chance, the ranks you can get in the vote crate are top tier and the people who do have those ranks have paid like a lot of money for it so getting a rank for free through a vote crate would mean you would have to get lucky.

it's very unlikely you're gonna get it, they put it there to encourage you to vote to populate their server even more, making them more money. You're basically gambling, but instead of with money, you're wasting your time
