Does buying under value or selling over value count as scamming?

I think it depends on intention and the buyer must always consent (i.e. Clicking buy, or accepting a trade) which means they agree to the advertised price (whether displayed on item in store or said in chat). Scamming would entail dishonesty such as the Seller intentionally misrepresenting the value of the item to someone knowing that the Item is worth more, and tricking the buyer into believing so, doing so for unethical profit incentives, over-charging from the get-go, is not necessarily scamming, it is just selfish in general.
