Since when is bowing people through safe rooms against the rules and how is it a glitch? The arrow is just hitting the space/corner between blocks, it isn't like they're hitting you through a block.

Are you sure your friend was using a bow though? Breaking the blocks and hitting people through them is considered block glitching and is therefore bannable but I've never heard of shooting people through the corner of the blocks being considered a glitch and being bannable.

This isn't bannable, the hitbox is big enough to hit them through that saferoom. However, if he blocked glitched you by breaking the glass and hitting you, that's a ban. Staff won't be able to commit any action on that.
