okay, so sotw was yesterday and I spoke to babykrypto CAREFULLY saying “hey krypto can you transfer reclaims from alts and he responds saying “you can transfer reclaims from your alr to your main, you can also transfer kits” I say “even kits?” He says “let me confirm with a higher up” and then proceeds to say “yeah an admin confirmed you can transfer kits, I have it all ssed but apparently it’s cropped, my members got banned due to being told false information BY A STAFF MEMBER, so I’d love for a higher up to check BabyKryptos logs and have a word with him for lying, because technically he’s false banning my team

There's a right way and a wrong way do deal with situations, this is the complete wrong way. If you have queries contact various staff on Discord or the forums - Not on public threads.
The rules clearly state this, so if this was being transferred then it's clearly not allowed. If it was other things such as /reclaims then I'll seek further clarification and respond later regarding this as I don't want to give the wrong answer here publicly.
Actually I'd love for something more productive to be done such as the situation and rule to be clarified.
To lie is to intentionally deceive someone with a false statement, not happening here. This is more of a miscommunication/ misunderstanding and as Didgo said, the cropped screenshot gives no context to what was asked.

Update: I have just got final clarification on this rule.
If you are using alts to claim daily kits or any other items that can be obtained for "free" (e.g. kit daily or voting) this is not allowed and you will be punished accordingly.
If you are transferring /reclaims or ranked kits (i.e. /kit vip and up) to your alt or main account this is allowed.
