Enchantment changes ?

I recently tried to repair my sword, like I always do, but this comes up when I try to.

Keep in my mind I have 200 levels.
I have 4 enchantments, could this be the reason?
I found a thread during the last survival (April 2020) that said if you have 3 enchantments or more, there's no way to fix them (I assume someone with a rank could). Here's the link.

its not a bug, it’s a plugin to prevent people from making / repairing tools that are too op. and it’s the same with ranked ppl and nons the server isn’t that p2w

Ask a player with /fix to fix it for you, but other than that there's no way to fix it, for the reason kat said

That explains why I couldnt make a Sharp 5, Bane 2, Smite 2, Fire 2, Knockback 2, Sweeping 3, Unbreaking 3, and Mending sword.
