prices are outrageous, you're telling me overlord is $300? a summer crate key is 6 goddamn dollars. we need a discount or something, the 20% thing is obviously just a marketing strategy.

I had an idea that will probably work, Mineplex had a mass-unban of all cheaters back in News Years 2018 just to get the server back on its feet, although Mineplex has died, this may work. Most people leave and convince others to leave after being banned/blacklisted for stupid reasons. The server is due for a mass-unban/pardon. Next up, the Discord is dead. It literally is just full of people using bot commands or some skeppy fan saying "hi skeppy" or something.
We also have 10-12-year-olds dressed up as Skeppy with the stupid name of "SkeppysMuffin" (example, i know there's SkeppyThemuffin and there's nothing against him except the fact that he spams crap), that ruins the experience. The server needs a simple auto-mod feature that will automatically mute you after spamming the same thing within a long interval. Hypixel doesn't allow you to repeat the same thing twice, and that should exist here.

The admins rarely ever get on, neither do the managers. There has been multiple scandals with the moderators because of how they were fired and publicity really doesn't makes things better.

i actually 100% see your point, thanks for the constructive criticism and explaining things in detail.(obligatory sorry for being a dick, i don’t hate you i promise. a guy just gotta rant and if you don’t agree w me, that’s okay)
why. bother. making. these. threads. when. you. don’t. know. how. the. server. is. run.
you don’t know how the server is operating, like, at all. none of us do. if you think this stuff is easy, go ahead and make a server with 600-900 active players and go manage that on your own. go manage those blacklist, and ban appeals. go look at the hundred of garbage staff applications and appeals. it’s tiring seeing people make these threads with little to no understanding of how a server of this size works.
i’m not at all saying i am the one who knows all because i am in the same boat you are. however, i’ve read up enough on what kind of suggestions are actually useful.
they will consider and accept suggestions that are reasonable, and expand on the game modes they already have. to everyone complaining about ranks being so damn expensive; don’t. buy. them. then. no one said you can’t play survival if you’re a non, or you can’t kill people if you’re a non in kit pvp. those ranks have always been optional. people pay to get an advantage. if you want the same advantage pay for it, if not, i don’t see why the challenge of starting with less isn’t just as fun, and satisfying when you DO manage to equal an overlord.
instead of complaining about the same thing people have been complaining about for literal months now, why not use that fire and fury to come up with more creative ways to improve gameplay. things that will increase the integral playtime of a game mode.
