What @Freeperr sent is correct. Not everyone who reaches 10 mutes will receive a permanent mute; it depends on the reasoning for your mutes. This is a recent change & the screenshot sent was from September, & the information in that screenshot was accurate at that time.

If i got #7 in every mute category, spam, toxicity ect would i get perma mute?
