The majority of the people who I've talked to who have had an appeal escalated in the past 3 weeks have not received a response. (This is purely off of ban appeals, not blacklist appeals.)

I've heard rumors of staff being on break or something like that, this is happening to me too, but last time I checked my appeal it had less than half the amount of views it has now. Staff are seeing it, but either intentionally not responding or the staff who are seeing it do not have access to check anticheat logs. (I was appealing for a false ban)

I feel like there should be a dedicated appeal team for the server, but the InvadedLands staff team is too small to do that right now, so i guess you'll just have to wait.

its not really staff, its closer to management, as admin+ see ac logs. i think ac mods are a good idea tho

the same thing was happening to me so i also did a thread and it turns out that if you constantly look at your ban appeal they register as views, but takes time to update so if it say it has 10 views but you keep going into your appeal for 10 more times and look at the views it would say 10 views and maybe 30 minutes later it would update to 20 so when you check back it would have double the views.
 
I agree fully. They need a team of active people to primarily focus on ban and bl appeals. I shouldn’t have to wait over a month for a response to my appeal for a false blacklist.
 
only 4 people can check logs. Skeppy, mega kobuto and zelkam. Skeppy is skeppy, zelkam usually does blacklists/buycraft so that leaves us with kobuto and mega. Those 2 are most probably busy with other things and there are alot of appeals. That's why appeals take so long

I like the idea about having a dedicated appeal team, my brain isn't functioning rn on how it would work so don't come at me all you people with a paragraph of saying why i'm stupid and it can't work.

I just like the idea (y)
 
lol u said it yourself. Alot of people have escalated ban appeals. AKA the more appeals to go through the longer it will take

Have you seen Headed's videos? This man literally is sleep deprived and speeds through SO many false ban claims it's actually ridiculous. Once cleared 30 appeals in 15 minutes, and none of them got changed by staff.

Really simple, some staff members would probably sign an NDA and devote most of their time to dealing with ban & blacklist appeals.
 
It would be real helpful, around 6 people got chargeback recently on skyblock by the same person and we are all still blacklisted

However I do agree Appeals should be looked at. Imagine how many appeals this server gets, I would rather them look deeply into the situation rather than rush through and not looked at it closely,
