I just got blacklisted for Evading, but what is evading? can someone please tell me?

all i know if that i used an alt account to get kits and vote key FOR ONCE, and then i lost the alt, but after i got blacklisted, i thought you only get a 7 week ban if u use alts to get kits etc, but you get blacklisted if you use the alt to play on it while your main is banned/muted and i didn't do that!
 
If anyone else plays minecraft on your ip or if someone has used your account before, they may have been mistaken for you.
You can also appeal your blacklist here.

no one ever used my account, i did use an alt just to get kits for once, but that max give you 1 week ban, not a blacklist, i already appealed and hoping to be noticed
 
Evading is when your main account is banned, so you log into an alt account on the same IP, basically avoiding the ban, if you were banned for evading and you believe it was false you can make an appeal using @JamesJustJoined link and explain your side of the story, staff will check logs and look into it, this process usually takes 5 days to 1 month for it to be looked at so having patience is key. I wish you best of luck in your appeal

Evading is when you get punished on one account, and evade that punishment by using another account.

Even if you weren't punished, if you have someone else on your same IP, they may have been punished and you were punished because of that.

i didn't evade any punishement at all, + if someone else used the alt, there is no way he was using my IP, i just lost the account because it was randomly generated
 
Sounds like you didn't intentionally evade, but the system flagged it as if you were evading. Go ahead and make an appeal and try to explain very clearly what happened.

Edit: You definitely broke the rules, so try appealing to maybe get it shortened.

someone probably went on the alt and got banned on it

it does, it was the alt i used to get the kits, but it was only once, and i've lost it since it was randomly generated
