External Crates not giving spawners

Hello all,

So i was opening external crates i have and i notice it doesnt give any of the spawners i win. This only happens with External Crate. Invaded and vote crates work just fine.
Link is the youtube vid of me winning 2 cow spawners and 1 iron golem spawner but it never gets to my inventory.
Please if the issue could be fixed it would be very nice. Thanks.

This happened to me like 10 times now, and ye it is probably a glitch.

I litterly have lost 30 IGs bc of this so far
