Alright quick question if i know i am falsely banned and waiting 2 weeks for my escalated ban appeal to get checked am i allowed to play on my alt account? If not, how will this count as ban evading if i know it was clearly a false ban and wasting 2 weeks without even getting a sorry / invaded key for the false ban?

you can not play on an alt if you are banned, false or not. doesn't matter if "you know it's a false ban"

No, you are not allowed to play on alts whilst you are banned. Even if the ban is false (which we cannot determine based on your word alone for obvious reasons), you are not allowed to evade it.
Playing on an alt account whilst your main account is banned is quite literally what ban evasion means, so I'm not sure why you're asking if that would "count as ban evading".
