Make a ban appeal and provide as much detail as possible. Complaining on the forums will not do anything/ speed up the process

I think I may have the same problem! I got randomly banned for cheating and some suspect the anti-cheat. :/

Intense lag will cause some sort of unusual network response such as false bans and such. Make an appeal and wait for the appeal to be processed patiently.
