If you cant make another appeal you pretty much have to buy an unban from the store.

So if you actually decide to buy an unban and you come back to the server and then you get false banned again try putting more than 30 min into making a ban appeal. It is also recommended to watch Zelkam ban appeal videos to know what things can get you're appeal denied.
