False bans

Hello what do i do?
I was banned some time ago idk for what but when I wrote appeal they unbanned me without explaining what I was banned for.
I thought it was my Chinese mouse maybe some sketchy things are detecting from mouse.
I bought razer mouse just to not get banned again.
I play for some time banned again, I'm asking what's wrong this time no one is telling me.
Okay if you wont tell me give me my money back that i just spend on ranks and keys they say OUR POLICY says that we don't refund stuff.
But like if you ban me without explaining anything and wont give me my money back that like a bit of scam.

PS : the server on that day was extra laggy people where freezing in air i was standing on diamonds with some dude and he hits off the player that was coming on diamonds and he just freezes in air, at first i thought maybe I'm lagging but no that dude looks at me and goes to kill that guy and that day A LOT people where banned like minute after minute bans.

I suggest reading this thread I made, it covers most of the reasons this kind of stuff will happen.
It is likely that you were having some sort of unfair advantage without you knowing, which lead to your ban. The best course of action is to either appeal admitting to cheating for a reduced ban, or buying an unban from the store.
this thread might get taken down, but I suggest you contact a staff member to see what you can do to prevent yourself from being banned in the future. If they do not tell you, try to investigate your hardware to see if it falls under any of the issues I mentioned in the linked thread
