I have seen many people complain about being false banned and false muted. I don't know why their system is reacting wack right now I believe their have been way to many false bans and look overs some of higher up staff sees, even if you are false banned you may even have to pay money just to get unbanned. Possibly even the smallest of smallest glitches or lags you may have possibly could lead you to being false banned. I believe they should try to figure out ways to stop this false bans but I do not sadly I believe this server could be more advanced with bans and mutes I believe they do, do well with their Ranks,Keys, etc. But I really do think there is a huge problem with their ban system I am not blaming mods I am blaming the console. Something in the console is activating people to be banned like if you get stuck in a block BOOM banned. I do not know how they check the console to see what happened but they should also explain in ban appeals what the console said. I know they have TONS of appeals to do but just the slightest sentence can help us understand better. I agree that some mods do their job well but I also disagree that they need more higher up staff to check more application or a special application ban appeal and kind of appeal to read them. Hopefully Ive helped people understand im not good at this lol.

The problem is that they haven't updated their version of AntiGamingChair in a long time. MMC uses this same anticheat, and they have no issues, but they have the latest version. I'm not quite sure why the management team isn't implementing the new version of AGC, but I do agree it is a problem.

You never know what a false ban is until you check logs.
Throughout my time at being, I've seen players flat out lying about their ban and claiming false ban when they are cheating; Some users also are not aware of what they are using unfair modification.
