Falsely banned - how can I argue?

So basically I got banned today when my player glitched out in the ground on the spawn parkour and as I start writing my ban appeal I started to realise that I do not have any solid evidence at all.
Have anyone else experienced the same thing and how should you argue for youself when you basically doesn’t even know why you got banned and dont have any recording to prove your point.
Its just so frustrating to buy a rank and different crates in the game and then be falsely banned from you favourite server and not be able to do anything about it.

Just admit, even if you're not guilty you will save time and hassle in the long run.

If I would admit, what hacks should I admit that I did? I dont have that much knowledge about hacks. I got banned for weird glitchy movements. What could that be in that case?

happened to me before. just tell the truth. Idk if logs could help or anything.. but don't lie. and if they don't unban u its their fault the servers trash.. gl anyways

If you have been banned and you believe that it was false you can make a ban appeal here https://invadedlands.net/forums/ban-appeals.19/. If you plead non guilty the mangers will take a look at your logs to determine if you were cheating so don't worry if you don't have any evidence proving your innocents because the logs will determine if you were hacking or not.

This should be assumed for each false ban for hacks. As the log's will tell the truth. If you STILL stay banned and the logs say you were cheating and your not. Literally all you can do is either admit to hacking when you're not, or ask to reduce the ban.

not even joking admitting and getting your ban reduced might be quicker than having a manager check the logs and unban you
