I have never been punished on this server, so in my case this isn’t true; I based my vote on who is the most helpful, polite, funny and just an all around good person imo

Not necessarily true, at least for me. I have always favored @Nicki even though she has personally muted me multiple times she does her job great, and if you aren't able to look past the mute you got from that staff member and realize that it's their job then that is just being immature. It's not even like we're close friends either, I am just able to recognize the effort she puts into what she does. She came in this summer and cleaned things up A LOT. now because of her, and even before all the new trainees just got promoted, she handles a majority of reports and thread locking.

I personally like the most strict and fun staff who are on a lot and host lots of events and do lots of ban and mod appeals and the ones who simply listen to chat to help players, witch, I am not talking at any staff in invaded I am talking about staff on like hypixel who are too good to talk to you LOL
