after going through a 2 day and currently going through a 1 week custom rank, i'm basically wasting my custom rank time, and i want it to be refunded back. I want people to see my custom rank. why is it broken? fix it, please.
If your custom rank was eaten up, make a purchase ticket and they’ll return your rank. Make sure to include as much evidence as possible, failing to do so will lead to them not handing it back.
