I didn't think you would really trust him because he was new. He made an appeal and you denied it. he just wanted to know why he was banned, he doesn't know why; he was NOT hacking. His ign is Mrcrafty07. I don't feel he deserves a full perm ban. He told me that he disconnected mid jump when we were playing sumo. You might of thought he was fly hacking because his body hovered for a second.

He wouldn't get banned by a staff member if he was in mid-air for a second, it happens all the time with lag and they will be able to tell which one it is.
If your friend was cheating, just tell him to admit and he may be able to get a reduced ban or if he really was innocent, tell him to appeal again when he is allowed and then submit all the evidence he can get along with an appeal.

Reasoning will most likely not be given out. the most detail you will get is "hacking." If the appeal was denied then most certainly logs were checked and after a review of them, it was justified that the offender was using some sort of hack.
First of all, you can't really appeal for someone else. Second of all, if your appeal was denied, then you were almost likely guilty of that offence. The most he could do right now is just admit, or by an unban.

I guess if he was hacking then it's his fault. I told him to admit to it. He said he "doesn't want to be falsely accused." I don't think he was hacking as I was literally glancing at his screen while playing sumo with him. It's really dumb that he is banned, but if it is his fault than OOF for him. I just don't think it was fair, you also shouldn't be PERM BANNED for a FIRST offence either way. Hypixel's anti cheat is BAD but at least they properly handle bans :|
