open media rank applications so it gives invaded youtubers / streamers a good idea on what to include and what not to. plus they don't include private information

they can't They will be reopened at a time that is deemed appropriate. You have to understand that a lot of time and effort goes into actually going through and implementing ideas. Closing the forum to new suggestions allows the abundant number of existing suggestions to each be given an appropriate amount of attention; this would not be the case if new suggestions continued to pile up at the current moment all we can do is just sit down and wait until they think it would be the right time to re-open
