This is the kind of person that thinks coarse dirt is pretty
I feel like Joy hit home here. I joined Invaded half a year ago (ish). So I'm part of this "newgen" club. But even after I joined, I still see people joining just for the sole purpose of interacting with Skeppy. In the chat you still see "Skeppy 14!", "Skeppy is sudoing me!", "Ping Spoof", etc. Yes its unfair to group new members together in the one bubble of Skeppy fans with no interest in joining the community, but people who join also have to play their part in wanting to be a part of this community.
And that's just it. Those people join solely to spam, be annoying, or to catch Skeppy's attention. That's why people don't like them because they have no interest in being a part of the community, and it's so obvious. If you want to be respected and make friends as a newgen, you have to be the initiator with people here and show that you want to be friends and you want to be involved. That's what I did. Although I joined the server 6 months ago, I only joined the forums and the Discord servers a little over one month ago. And I've made so many friends, met a ton of amazing people, and have had such an amazing time here. But I had to be the one who started conversations, initiated interactions, and show I really wanted to be a part of the community. And I did. That's the difference between a "newgen", and a new player.
I know it may not be fair that you're automatically casted into one group just because you just joined, but I'm sure if you were on the other side, you'd be doing the same thing. I think it's important to try and see where everyone is coming from, and that way some middle ground can be met. Take it from a fellow newgen, this community is awesome, you just have to want to be a part of it.
Edit: Also a lot of people newgen or not are gonna be trolls and comment stuff like "L random down" and stuff. You just gotta take it on the chin and move on. Trolls will troll, nothing anyone can do about it.

Yeah thanks, that's just how I wanted to word it XD. But, tbh the only thing that annoyed me in k2 were the hackers and god apples.
nah bro I loved the god apples it helped me so much collecting s3 fire aspect swords and helped me from the hackers
