I thought I'd just put a list of things that I thought could be improved or implemented to enhance the quality of life for players.

1. 'Reaction' typing game.
Currently, there is a typing race game where the server asks you to type a message, first to type it wins a prize, although I have no problem with the game itself, it's tough to see.
As you can see, the message is very small and can be easily missed in the fast-moving chat. A simple solution would be to firstly, make it bold, and secondly, make the message bigger. This could be done by adding a blank line before and after, and a bright yellow/orange title at the top to make it easier to spot as it would stand out more in chat.

2. 'Player has joined the event.'
Whenever an event is hosted, your chat immediately gets filled up with 'Player has joined the event' 50/60 times. It is a bright, bold green message that floods chat and makes it hard to read anything else. While it is great to see all the people participating, it can be quite annoying. A solution to this would be either to delete this message from being sent or send 'x players have joined the event.' x would be the number of players. EG '20 Players have joined the event.' This message could be sent every 10 seconds or so, it still makes it clear that people are joining the event, but just in a nicer way.

3. /staff
Quite a simple plugin, it would show all the online staff and what server they're on. This would allow players to get help more easily. Staff in /vanish wouldn't show up on /staff.

4. Advertising the forums and discord in-game + commands
I think the activity of both the forums and discord would significantly increase if it were announced in chat. A simple message such as 'Join our Official InvadedLands Discord Server for live updates and live server information as well as a public text and voice channel at https://discord.gg/invadedlands.net'
and
'Register at our official InvadedLands Forums for live updates and live server information at invadedlands.net'
These messages could run every 10/20 seconds and would be a great benefit. Also, /discord is a command that sends the discord invite link, /forums should also be a command, it would just provide a link to the website.

5. Add a suggestions tab
Next to general discussion, add a suggestions tab. In the thread title, allow the user to select whether the suggestion is for global, kitpvp, skyblock, survival, discord, forums etc. Would help improve the server quite a bit as community opinions can be accounted for.
Under suggestions, 2 subcategories of accepted suggestions and denied suggestions should also be made. Players should reply with +1 or -1 depending if they agree or disagree and maybe a reason explaining why they agree/disagree (or an improvement to the suggestion)

Edit: If this thread could be moved to general discussions it'd be great. Initially this was just meant to be for kitpvp but a lot of these suggestions should be global changes.

1. +1 I agree, small changes could make it more noticeable in chat, but I’m personally fine with how it is as it’s not that big of a deal or priority.
2. -1 Honestly I’ve always liked how it does that, it makes the event more noticeable and if I see that someone I’m friends with joins it, I’ll join it too. Even if I’m not planning on joining the event, it’s really not hard to just ignore the “spam” in the chat.
3. +1, I think this is good, I just think people would spam the command until they saw skeppy’s name in the message shown, but if they removed owner from the appearing list I definitely think it would be helpful. Quite often people just look at tab, and I usually just hopped between the servers to see if anyone was on another one but this would definitely be more efficient.
4. +1, I like it but I just think it should be shown every like 10 minutes or so, 10-20 seconds is way too often
5. Neutral, I really don’t think it matters much to have these additions to forums when people already post suggestion threads in the appropriate server’s section. I understand you want a suggestion area for each server but often the suggestions don’t get ignored anyways so it’s really not a problem. It would definitely be a little more organized and I’d totally be happy to see it happen I just don’t think it’s necessary in this current time with how slow the forums can be.
6. Just wanted to say: I like all of your suggestions but I just think none of them are really priorities for the server. If they do add some of them I’d be happy to see that though.
