Getting locked out of survival

I am locked out of survival. I have tried everything from changing versions to restarting my computer. I am still locked out. Does anyone know how to get in again? It has been around 17 hours since I got locked out of survival. I dont know what to do. I do know that something is wrong with the via version of survival, but if you go on the server version: 1.21.5, it just says network protocol error
