I hate the new trainee's, they aren't doing they jobs well, I think they will get demoted as soon as possible.

Blatant lie. You were muted twice, first one was half an hour and second was an hour. You are allowed to dislike them, but lying in an attempt to make them look bad isn't the way to go.
