Gift card buying ranks?

Can I use a Visa gift card to purchase rank upgrades? Will the bill still be billed to my house or do I just pay and receive a email online?

You need to set it up in PayPal. Also, usually, when you purchase anything through PayPal, the receipts are just emailed to you.

But as I said just make a PayPal account and try and link the card, should work!

The only payment method is thru paypal. That being said, you must link the card to your PayPal account and pay like that, otherwise you won't be able to purchase anything from the store.

Yes you can. They use PayPal to handle transactions. You can pay as a guest and then enter the giftcard’s credentials.
