jkjk i think it's important to have the staff applicants know they are stressing for a good reason and I think it's important they stress a lot mostly because it shows they care for the role of staff, and I'd 100% rather have someone stressing because they care than a person that isn't nervous whatsoever. unless it's like a person that's really confident but I feel like they'd be overconfident if they weren't worried at least a little bit!
