got banned from anit cheat for cheating?

alright , so i was chilling on invaded hunting as i do than the event "TDM" starts so i join it. The game starts and someone comes running towards our side, hes chasing someone so I start criting him out. Out of nowhere, "You have been permanently BANNED" why is this anticheat so broken also my appeal has been up for more than 3 days, how long does it take to check it.
