Unfortunately you can’t do anything. Always make the person that is buying the rank, or irl part of the deal go first, sorry this happened to you, scamming is not against the rules so there is nothing you can do now.

Check out the rules, scamming in game is allowed. For future reference, IRL side always goes first because if IRL money is lost, you can report them. What rank are you trying to get?

if u want ur stuff back just destroy him in pvp he is really bad at pvp target him every time u see him online

ask peoples credibility on forums before doing any irl deals. damn rip. If you need it i might be able to spare ~100k if no ones willing to take my irl offer in the next week ish.
