Got stuck in a wall was then banned for cheating -_-

I was playin KitPVP last night as you do, then I ran into a corner to regen. Then out of no where my character started spasming out and I was stuck in the block. Then before I could do anything about it, I was kicked and told I was banned for cheating. I was a little upset cuz it just gave me another thing to worry about and video games are supposed to be for fun. I quickly filed a ban appeal bc this ban was unjustified I wasn't cheating. I'm not to worried bc I know I did nothing wrong, but it is still a nuisance. Anyone know why this happened and how we can make the staff aware that this is possible so it doesn't happen to anyone else?

getting banned isn't a rare case for players, make an appeal and say you weren't cheating, and describe what happened in good detail. Harry deals with appeals really fast, so you should be dealt with soon. Gl with ur appeal

edit: you can make a bug report if you find out it is able to be replicated and you record it happening

That happens to me a lot, I think it's a server thing, I've never gotten banned, and it happens a lot less as of late, but I know it happens on seemingly any server, on any version.
