A Full Guide To InvadedLands KitPvP

FAQ

What is KitPvP?

KitPvP is a competitive gamemode where players have a selection of kits to equip before fighting eachother in an arena. Each kit contains a unique set of items including weapons and armour that give players different fighting abilities.

What are Events?

KitPvP Events are an interactive way to have fun on the server aside from just fighting players continously. If you win an event you are rewarded with an Event Crate Key which you can open to win various prizes even ranks!

How can I make money?

Many players have asked how I make money on the server (because I'm the best one lol) and there are many different ways including winning events, loot drops, chat reactions and more. I have created an entire guide below on how to use these to maximise your balance.

What can I do if I get scammed out of an IRL deal?

If you lose actual currency you can submit a purchase support ticket here along with a player report get the person permanently blacklisted from the network, as well as getting your money back in the form of a gift card that you can use on the store or sell. Unfortunately if you didn't lose any real money but rather in-game items there is nothing you can do, so to avoid getting scammed always ensure the person who is spending real money goes first, so you can report them if they don't hold up their end of the bargain.

What is Prestige?

Prestige is a title followed by a number (Prestige 1, Prestige 2 etc.) that indicates how much experience you have on the server. Once you have reached level 100 you can type the command /prestige to gain access to perks such as a new kit and be rewarded with money. The higher prestige you are the more money you make for each kill you get. The question remains How do I level up and gain experience? There a mainly 2 ways to collect experience including winning events, which rewards you with a decent amount depending on what prestige you are, and killing more players which gives a small amount (5xp) per kill. As you prestige you will need even more xp to level up making it much more challenging to get to the next prestige.

Prestige 1 Rewards: Access to Kit Legendary and $75,000 in-game currency.
Prestige 2 Rewards: Access to Kit Supreme and $150,000 in-game currency.

What are Player Warps?

All players who have Overlord rank receive a 20 minute warp create at the start of each season. With this, they can customise a plot that players can use to fight in or have fun. These warp crates however are also winnable from Vote, Event, Invaded, and Exclusive crates too, so that other non-ranked players can win and create one too. To use a player warp simply right click holding the block and start editing by using the control panel behind (The Beacon).

How can I preview/equip different Kits?

You can preview a kit by typing the following command, /kits, and left clicking on the kit you would like to preview. If you wish to equip a kit make sure it isn't on cooldown and that you have permission to use it. You can use a kit by right clicking on the kit in the /kits screen. Alternatively, you can use the command /kit <name of kit> to equip one. Some of the free diamond kits include /kit Daily and /kit Default and can only be used once everyday.

How can I enchant my gear?

You can enchant your gear at /warp shop by holding the item and right clicking on the enchantment you wish to use. Make sure you have enough money in your balance before you do so.

Can you repair items/armour?

No, you cannot repair any items or gear on InvadedLands.

I would like to make a purchase, where can I go?

You can make a purchase on the InvadedLands Official Store.

Note: InvadedLands doesn't currently accept cryptocurrency as a payment method.

Why did I get permanently banned/blacklisted/muted for no reason?

You can appeal any type of punishment on the forums page. To appeal a mute simply create a ban appeal and be sure to specify that you're appealing a mute instead of a ban.

Click me to appeal a mute

Click me to appeal a ban
Click me to appeal a blacklist

The managers and staff team may take up to a few months to view your appeal as there are many other open tickets that need to be handled first, so please be patient during this time. Excessively messaging the staff team will not affect the date at which your appeal will be handled.

Is there any way to purchase an unban?

No, there is no direct way to purchase an unban. However, you can purchase jail credits which saves you time and can help you get unbanned.

I need support, where can I go?

There are many different routes you can take to get support from a staff member. You can try DM'ing a staff member on discord, join the "Support Waiting" channel on discord (You aren't required to talk), making a post on the forums here, or by asking a ranked player in-game.

What happens if I see someone breaking a rule?

You should submit a player report to get them banned.

Proof and evidence is required, if there is no proof your player report will get instantly denied.
No cropped screenshots or edited videos are submissable.

Is this bannable?

Please refer to the network rules.

Easiest ways to make money

Loot Drops

At an hourly rate a loot drop will spawn in somewhere random on the map with the coordinates announced in chat. You can go to the coordinates to find a block surrounded by chests containing useful items. Depending on what type of chest drop it is (Mythic, Epic, Rare, Common, Uncommon) you can find some of the best items in the server, or items that aren't as profitable. Mythic, being the best, can contain some of the most expensive items on the server such as sharpness 5 swords or strength potions, so it's always good to go to the lootdrop because you never know what you will find.

Chat Reactions

Every now and then a chat reaction pops up in the chat where the first person to type the message receives a cash prize. Although the maximum you can win is $2,000 it still is a useful way to make money if your a fast typer, especially if you don't have the money for a cheap item such as a rod or bow.

Events

Events are a great way to make money for 2 solid reasons. Firstly, by winning an event you receive an event crate key which you can open for a prize that you can use or sell. Sometimes you may even win a rare prize such as Invaded Crate Keys which you can open to find rare items and kits. Secondly, you receive a lot of experience for winning an event which helps in levelling up. Remember, if you reach level 100 for the first or second time your receive exclusive kits and cash rewards (Prestige 1, Prestige 2)!

Achievements

Perhaps the best way to make money, in my opinion, is by completing all of your achievments to recieve rewards. By putting in some effort you can win expensive gear such as protection 4 armour, and up to $150,000 worth of items. Reminder: To view your achievement progress type the command /achievements.

Average Prices

The KitPvP economy frequently changes, however these are average prices that should be near current ones. If an item is not listed either I forgot or it doesn't have a viable price.

Protection 4 set: $15,000 per set
Protection 3 set: $3,000 per set
Protection 2 set: $1,300 per set
Protection 1 set: $500 per set

Sharpness 5 swords: $15,000 per sword
Sharpness 4 swords: $7,500 per sword
Sharpness 3 swords: $1,000 per sword

Enchanted Golden Apple: $500 per apple
Enderpearls: $3,500 per enderpearl.
Instant Damage II Splash: $4,000 per potion
Instand Damage I Splash: $1,000 per potion
Strength Potions: $40,000 per potion

Punch 2 enchanted bows: $1,000 per bow
Rods: $300 per rod

Clans

Clans are player-created groups that allow individuals to collaborate and work together to reach common goals. Beyond gameplay benefits clans aim to provide a social environment where players can make friends and share experiences. Here are some common clan commands that might be useful:

/clan chat - Toggles your private clan chat so only players within the clan can view your messages. The standard network communication rules still apply within clan chat so don't abuse this as a way of evading potential punishments. If you are muted in-game you can still talk in clan chat.
/clan create - Create a clan.
/clan leave - Leave a clan.
/clan who <player> - View the clan a certain player is in.

/clan ally invite <clan> - Send an ally request to another clan.
/clan allychat - A private clan chat where you can converse with your clans allies.
/clan kick <player> - Remove the player from your clan.
/clan invite <player> - Invites the player to be apart of your clan.

Clans can also be upgraded via the /clan upgrade command, allowing you and clan memebers to receive perks such as increased money for each kill and to expand your clan if needed. As of now upgrading the clan costs a lot of money so make sure you're confident about your decision and that you won't regret it later. It's important to note that once upgraded you cannot recieve your money back in any way.

Events

As I have stated previously, events bring a fun and interactive platform for players to use aside from just fighting constantly. You can compete in these events to win an Event Crate key and a certain amount of experience depending on your prestige. I have listed every event and tips to win below:
Waterdrop - A tip you can use to win this event is to use an Optifine or Lunar zoom mod to see where you will land!
TNT Tag - Try and stay on the high ground so the taggers can't get to you.
Dodgeball - Go as far back as possible to make it harder for other players to hit you out.
Infection - Try and eliminate yourself out early by taking fall damage, as the zombie team will most likely win the event.
Team Deathmatch (TDM) - Try and flank the other team out with other players.
Wool Shuffle - There are some spots on the map where the different colours are diverse and close to eachother. If you can find these spots you should be able to win easily.
Musical Chairs - Try and go to the area with the most minecarts so you have a better chance at getting one.
Last Man Standing - Try and go as high as you can and make sure if you begin a fight that no one else is around.
Redrover - If you are an ordinary player in this event try and go to the edge of the stone walls so the killer can't see you as much. If you are the killer you need to eliminate the last two remaining players in the event. The best way to do this is to wait until the walls are larger.
One in the Chamber - Try and go to the areas that are most popular so you can shoot everyone and steal kills. Pretending you don't have an arrow at the start of a fight makes it easier to shoot players.
King of the Hill - Crouch in the corner so you're less visible to other players.
Spleef - Use your snowballs as a long-range tool to eliminate people.
Race of Death - There isn't really a tip for this event other than to practice parkour at player warps.
Turf Wars - Jump behind a fort whenever you are shooting, this will make it harder for opponents to shoot you.
Skywars - If you have good loot from the start you can go to the middle section to get better gear. If you don't kill as many people near you to get good gear.

Crates

Crate keys function as an item that players can obtain by purchasing them on the InvadedLands Store, and alternatively by completing achievements in-game. On InvadedLands, the use of physical crate keys has been removed due to certain dupes/glitches that players abuse which allows them to open an infinite amount. To preview the prizes inside a crate you can walk up to the physical chest at /spawn and right click. There is also a list of the prizes for each crate below if you're unsure how to do this. To open the crate (assuming you have a virtual key) you can left click. There are 3 Basic Crates on KitPvP that you can open: Invaded Crate, Event Crate, and Vote Crate.

How can I open crate keys?

You can open crate keys by going to spawn and right clicking the physical crate ahead of the spawnpoint. A much simpler way to do this is to type the command /cc or /crates and Left Click the chest you want to open.

What happens if I win a prize for the second time?

If duplicate prizes occur, there is no compensation.

What happens if I win a rank that I already have?

You cannot do anything about it unfortunately. Ranks cannot be transferred to other accounts once you win them, so if you already have a ranked account, I would recommend opening the crate keys on a fresh non-ranked account should this ever occur.

How can I obtain a Vote Crate key?

You can obtain a free Vote crate key by voting for the server using the command /vote.

How can I obtain an Invaded Crate key?

Invaded Crate Keys can be obtained by purchasing them on the InvadedLands Store, completing achievements in-game, and also by winning them from other free crate keys such as the Vote and Event crates!

You can go to the coordinates to find a block surrounded by chests containing useful items. Depending on what type of chest drop it is (Mythic, Epic, Rare, Common, Uncommon) you can find rare items that are super expensive or common items that aren't as profitable.

Although the maximum you can win is $2,000 it still is a useful way to make money if your a fast typer especially if you don't have the money for a cheap item such as a rod or bow.

Events

Events are a great way to make money for 2 good reasons. Remember, if you reach level 100 for the first or second time your receive exclusive kits and cash rewards!

Achievements

Perhaps the best way to make money, in my opinion, is by completing all of your achievments to recieve rewards. By putting in some effort you can win expensive gear such as protection 4 armour, and up to $150,000 worth of gear. Reminder: To view your achievement progress type the command /achievements.

Clans

Clans are player-created groups that allow individuals to collaborate and work together to reach common goals. Beyond gameplay benefits clans aim to provide a social environment where players can make friends and share experiences. Here are some common clan commands that might be useful:

/clan chat - Toggles your clan chat so only players within the clan can view your messages.

/clan allychat - A clan chat where you can converse with your clans allies.
/clan kick <player> - Remove a player from your clan.
/clan invite <player> - Invite a player to be apart of your clan.

Clans can also be upgraded via the /clan upgrade command, allowing you and clan memebrs to receive perks such as increased money for each kill and to expand your clan if needed. As of now upgrading the clan costs a lot of money so make sure you're confidant about your decision and that you won't regret it later. Note that once upgraded you cannot recieve your money back in any way.

Events

As I have stated previously, events bring a fun and interactive platform for players to use aside from just fighting. You can compete in these events to win an event crate key and a certain amount of experience depending on your prestige. I have listed every event below:

Update: Added a "Crates" section for common questions
