Since it's a lunar ban, it's probably small, like autoclicking. I have a G502 Hero, so what I used to do when I hacked is bind g5 (a key on the side; where your thumb sits) to a clicking macro. If you held it down it would click a consistant 16 cps, so I would spam the macro. Along with my main clicking, I got 14-15 cps by just tapping lc. While this seems like a good autoclicking method, I was still trash having placed most of my focus on spamming the macro, making me trash at pvp.
I'm not saying this is what he did, but it might be similar
