Tbh, not sure if he has reach or not but the first few seconds of the video seemed really awkward. Well, I don’t know who is Clig so cannot say much. If he is a very well known member with great pvp skills, I can no longer say a word. But it still looks funny to me nonetheless.

nope. She was lagging. She pulled it out pretty far. And it took about 300ms for the arrow to actuallly shoot.

and, she was in game and i /pinged her and she has around 200 ms

Did you not see her trying to bow? And thanks to that delay multiple tasks can go at once causing a dobule hit. It doesnt increase reach. It's just cligs ping is lower causing his hits to register first making a chance of a double hit
