What? I didin't know calling a player (shitter) is mutable, as I stated in my early response as I never have been muted for this reason before.



And, like I said ill apologize, isn't that enough? Acknowledging my mistake and making sure I won't make it again?



Is really isn't my fault knowing the word "shit" is mutable, Ive said it and many other players have said it so many times before in the past, we are just shocked to find out since today it is mutable.



and right now, I am apologizing for my actions and am telling you, I will not make this mistake again? Why why do I have to pay the punishment for not knowing my mistakes, as since today unannounced what everyone does on a daily basis became punishable?

Toxicity is punishable, but I guess it's to the discretion of the staff member. I agree that 3 hours is harsh for saying shitter, especially seeing that swearing isn't against the rules.

I feel like you shouldn't have been muted since I have seen many people type in racist terms and people saying words worse than what you said. I feel like you should have at least received a warning.

Just because people have said these things and have gotten away with it doesn't mean what they did was right. If you see racism, please make a report, that's not right.

I'm going by handbooks and rules & any other staff will tell you the same. It's a 3 hour mute because it's your second offense, people can get away with it but you got caught, own up to it & move on.

I got muted earlier for 1 hour for disrespect, but I didn't even know what I got muted for as I didn't know what I said was disrespectful, so I let it slide. Then I get muted again and decided to take matters to my own hand by asking him through discord what I was muted for, turns out what I was muted for was the word "shit" and it baffled me, as I never expected this to be mutable as I see it on the daily basis.

Like I said I didin't know this was punishable, why do you insist in making peoples experience on the server more miserable, if you would have warned me the first time, before going straight to a mute, I would have known saying the word "shit" is mutable, Im pretty sure telling the reason for a mute is pretty crucial to prevent that player from saying it again, and is that in the handbook in which your going by?

SetPvP, she isn't wrong about that. Saying anything like that in most servers could potentially result in a mute

Since the mute is a 3 hour mute, apologizing is not going to get you unmuted. You are just going to have to wait out your mute. Saying "I didnt know it was punishable" really does not matter. If someone comes on the server autoclicking and gets banned and says they didnt know it was allowed, should we just unban them? No, of course we shouldnt. It is up to you to read the rules and understand that being disrespectful towards a player is against the rules. If you do not want to be muted then follow the rules and you will be fine.
