Hello I need to discuss with staff

I was private messaging my friend and we talk in a different form of our language I told him "hi" and was muted for 3 days for reason: suicidal incourage, I didn't really knew what was happening in the moment so I contacted my friend and told him to ask the staff member in chat why was I muted and misunderstood, he got muted for an hour and left, then I gone to my brother's comp and did the same, just asking him why was I muted, then he PERMANENTLY muted me but I think he changed it after. So I gone in my brother's discord and contacted the discord server, the community was pretty mean to me and accused me of things that didn't happen, I even contacted the staff member that muted me and he just blocked me, because "***" was some sort of word for telling suicide I think? So I gone into their discord server nobody wanted to help me they even said I was banned and I was so scared but then I gone in game and saw that I am on so here I am: confused, sad, alone asking from help fom idk someone that actually wants to help people .

At the end I even got longer mute (1 week) because I wanted to know why was I muted

Edit: It sounds to me like all the punishments were justified, but I am slightly confused by the wording of the message.

What language do you speak? Staff have socialspy on and any "suicide encouragement" will be directly punished even if it was a misunderstanding. DO what the others have suggested and appeal it.

What language were you speaking in? In English, "***" is an acronym that stands for "*************", hence why it was interpreted as suicide encouragement. For future reference, I would advise you to avoid using the term.
