Staff usually don't just join support calls immediately; try catching one talking in general chat and ask them if they're available for a support call and maybe you'll get lucky or something
just waiting in support room is not the best option, try messaging a mod letting them know that you're in the support room. A lot of time staff don't know when people are in the support room
