Try your best to be patient, they have quite a lot to sort through. making threads complaining about the process can lower the chance of your appeal being accepted so try to refrain from that as well.
 
One day is nothing. Think about how big this network is, imagine having to sort through all the ban and blacklist appeals, deciding which ones are worth being considered and which ones aren't; all of this while moderating Discord and the three servers. That's the amount of work IL staff has to do.

Well let's say you look at the ban apeals but it only your because only staff get to see other people's ban apeals unless the forum is public
So staff have to respond to every one plus all staff are not always online.
 
They get a decent amount of real ban appeals and troll appeals just be Patient and they will get to you.

it should take a few days to be reviewed (depending on the ban) but if it gets escalated it could take a week +
blacklists however take way longer.
